Whether your an athlete spinning your wheels making limited progress in your sport or an office warrior who's found themselves out of shape with seemingly no time to train. BASE is designed enhance all fitness qualities and combined with the BODYCOMP BLUEPRINT Nutrition Coaching (Included with BASE Program) you will be burning fat, building muscle and be performing and your best athletic ability! 

BODYCOMP BLUEPRINT (Group Nutrition Coaching)

Take the guess work and hassle out of your nutrition with the BODYCOMP BLUEPRINT group coaching. The program will not only set you up to be losing fat and building muscle with out any rigid meal plans or diets but also equip you with the skills you need to be competent and comfortable setting up your own nutrition. If your sick of fad diets and want coaching from an accredited nutritionist, the BODYCOMP BLUEPRINT program is for you. Work with a Certified nutritional scientist to get fantastic and lasting results.

1-1 COACHING (TRAINING AND/OR NUTRITION)

This includes: Tailored training plan, tailored meal plan, weekly checkins and monthly zoom calls all delivered online.
